Grassroots is a community of Christ followers in Puna, Hawaii.  We gather weekly in the town of Pahoa, and share life together during the week as an alternative community seeking the blessing and wholeness of Puna and the world.

2. describing a movement which is led and organized by ordinary people as opposed to only an elite few.
